1. Booking & Estimates

The Site lets you request an in-home visit by selecting a service tier, date, and time. Pricing shown at booking is an estimate based on the service tier and any add-ons you select; final pricing is confirmed with you before or at the time of service. A booking is a request for an appointment, not a guaranteed contract for a specific outcome — we'll contact you directly if anything about your requested time or service needs to change.

2. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and selecting text as a contact preference, you consent to receive text messages from The Tech Sitter related to your appointment — including confirmations, scheduling updates, and reminders.

• Message frequency varies based on your bookings and any follow-up needed to confirm or reschedule an appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at (419) 725-4750 or [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service — you may request a phone call or email instead.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and address information when booking, and to use the Site only for legitimate booking requests. Please don't use the Site's forms to submit false, abusive, or unlawful content.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, just reply to your confirmation email or call/text us at (419) 725-4750 as soon as you can so we can offer that slot to someone else.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, design, and branding are owned by SchlenkerLabs LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and Services are provided "as is." While we take care to protect your devices and accounts during a visit, we aren't liable for pre-existing issues, data loss, or third-party account/service problems outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the visit in question.
