The Tech Sitter exists because everyday technology support for older adults deserves real patience — not a script, not a call center, not a rotating pool of technicians you've never met. The name borrows the familiar, reassuring "sitter" concept — signaling patient, trustworthy, in-person help — and stays warmer and more approachable than a name built around "Labs" or other technical language.
