Our Commitment
Beyond a background check obtained and advertised before any hiring, we use free resources from the National Center on Elder Abuse, the DOJ Elder Justice Initiative, and the CFPB to stay current on recognizing signs of financial exploitation. If something looks wrong, we won't investigate or confront on our own — we'll document what we observed and point you or your family toward the right resource, including Ohio Adult Protective Services.
